Award winning Commercial Boutique Hotel in Clwyd, Wales

The brief for this project was to infuse vibrant new life and create extraordinary interiors in an abandoned motel perched in a stunning location at the top of the valley, overlooking Ruthin. This project is proud to be an award-winning interior, recognised with the SBID Best Commercial space Award in 2023.

Every bedroom needed to be a unique masterpiece, each offering guests a one-of-a-kind experience with interiors that cater to everyone's personal taste. From dark, moody, and dramatic to light and beachy, every detail was specified down to the accessories, all within a strict budget.

The communal areas also had to provide a distinct experience in each space, whether it be the elegant dining room, a cozy lodge retreat lounge, or the exciting man cave games room.

WOW - an unbelievable find, we really hit the jackpot with this place!!
The views just blew us away and the standard of the property was definitely on a different level to any other place we’ve been to (and we’ve been to loads)! It was magnificent throughout, especially the stunning adult and kids pools where we relaxed and played with the kids for hours, and also the games room on the upper floor. You could see incredible breathtaking views, even Snowdonia on a clear day, and it was such a beautiful and impressive room.

There’s nothing about this magnificent property that doesn’t speak super luxury and spectacular landscape. It certainly has a whole lot more than the WOW factor and we’ve already booked another 3 day visit for later this year. Countdown’s already begun !
