Set on the estuary with views towards Conwy Castle, this holiday home was designed as a calm, enduring retreat connected to its coastal setting.

The client’s brief called for a space that felt both refined and relaxed—somewhere to escape and entertain, with a sense of understated luxury.

The scheme responds through a study of natural texture and restraint, using a muted palette of sand, stone and timber to create a calm, tactile interior. Subtle references to traditional boat building are introduced through bespoke, yacht-inspired joinery, adding depth and craftsmanship without excess.

The result is a quietly luxurious home, shaped by material honesty, soft light, and a strong connection to place.
